5 things I Love About this Home

• The street. One of my favorites on DI. It winds around and has lots of trees. One of my clients calls this part of Delahow Street “Wisteria Lane.” Take that as you will… All of the beauty but none of the drama!

• The condition. Most of my listings are in very nice condition but this one takes the cake! This home is immaculate. You would never guess that people actually live here.

• The mudroom. Bear with me here. I am the mom of three boys. I would pay big bucks to have a mudroom like the one at this house. Not only is it super-functional but it is attractive, too!

• The master bathroom. I love a shower that’s big enough not to need a shower door or curtain. This one is awesome.

• The back yard. A large, grassy, private back yard is a dream of mine. This back yard has it all. The photos are nice but you’ll have to see it to appreciate it.
